快科技3月24日消息，今日，在上海举行的2026玄铁RISC-V生态大会上，阿里巴巴达摩院发布高性能RISC-V CPU玄铁C950，并推出两大RISC-V原生AI引擎。

该处理器采用5nm制程，频率达3.2GHz，单核性能首次突破70分，综合性能为上一代玄铁C920的3倍以上，刷新全球RISC-V CPU性能纪录，适用于云计算、生成式AI、高端机器人、边缘计算等领域。玄铁C950利用RISC-V开源开放特性，首次原生支持Qwen3、DeepSeek V3等千亿参数大模型，有望成为AI Agent时代的新型高端CPU。
