I typically aim for 4 sets of 15-20 reps. If you’re looking to increase the resistance, consider the hip thrust exercise with a smith machine or barbell for more weight. 🐸🍑 Frog Pump. Simple Booty exercise yet very underutilized. There's different ways to do it. But I've found that having your feet elevated on a bench how I'm demonstrating is the most effective way. Because you're able to get a deep stretch on the Booty 🍑🍑. . . . Things to avoid while doing this is having your elbows on the bench and pushing off with them. I see people do that.
