Homemade butter… from one ingredient 🤯🧈✨ I used my KitchenAid mixer and 1 quart of heavy whipping cream and just let it go through all the stages — soft peaks → whipped cream → chunky → separated. It took about 25 minutes total and it is SO satisfying to watch come together!
