Replying to @Like_Mike this is a big issue nationwide. A lot of customers assume their rates SHOULD be better than it currently is, but don’t know how to go about finding out. Ask your carrier 1st I always stress. They don’t recheck things unless you say something. If they can’t do anything, then feel free to explore other options.
