Let’s grill a yellowtail snapper. Now, I don’t grill fish that often so this was more of a test cook than anything else. . . Seasoned with salt and pepper, stuffed with dill and lemon, this snapper hit my Big Green Egg at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes per side . . And the result? Well, taste was really good. Nice and simple seasoning with lemon juice. The presentation, on the other hand, wasn’t quite there. . I lost most of the skin during the cook. I did oil the grate beforehand but it didn’t
