A behind the scenes look at how a printing shop works | Do It Yourself

Sometimes we let the print do the talking for us. In this video, Howard letterpress printed using the largest wood type (30 line pica) that we have in our print shop exhibit. This is, indeed, the biggest “HI!” we can print. The typeface is French Clarendon and the type was made by the Hamilton Wood Type Company in the late 1880s.
