The PT in this clip from a recent live MMT Seminar had limited trunk rotation as well as overhead mobility. I used the wall slide screen to test wall slide and seated trunk overpressure to test rotation. The two techniques performed here are pain free and slack the thoracic paraspinals and the lats.
