Der Infinity Walk. Der „Infinity Walk“ ist eine hervorragende Übung zum Warm Up von Kleingruppen und Teams. Ziel ist hierbei Gang- oder Laufmuster mit visuellen Übungen zu ergänzen. Der Sportler läuft um zwei Pylonen oder Stühle im Abstand von etwa 2-3m herum. Dabei hält er konstant den Blick auf einen Partner fixiert - der Blick darf während des „Walks“ nicht abgewandt werden. She works primarily with children who have learning disabilities and as a result of her work, she found doing vestibular work helped them significantly. ⁣ ⁣ She had to come up with a way to give them vestibular exercises that was fun AND also integrated other movement characteristics, without assigning them “rehab drills” to perform.⁣ ⁣ And so evolved the 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗪𝗔𝗟𝗞.
