This is SUCH a great technique to lift and tone your cheeks. Puff both cheeks out full of air. Use your fingers on one hand to ensure no little lines are created around your mouth and to smooth that area. Use your other hand to gently tap your cheek for up to 30 seconds one side and 30 seconds the other side. Holding this position exercises the muscles in your cheeks so they build in lift and tone.
