Aid hooks connect to little edges and thin cracks, but you can’t connect a carabiner to them. We include a cord with most aid hooks we sell, but how strong is that cord when attached to the hook? Made for body weight placements, most aid hooks start to bend around 2-3 kN. We didn’t want to ruin our hooks, so we found a climbing hanger with a hole similar to the aid hooks we sell.
