The casket spray had a unique set of flowers - our family bouquet - with each flower representing a different member of the family. At the burial, we each took our flower out of the spray and laid it on the casket, to be sealed in the vault with her. We left some of the red roses in a vase by her grave, and anyone in attendance who wanted a rose could take one with them.
