Here’s the first half of a progression we did in Splits Lab today 🤓 📝 Notes & cues: 🔎 Keep the pelvis neutral to reduce lumbar spine contribution and get the ROM coming from the glutes and hip flexors instead 🔎 Keep hips lifted as the legs move (they usually start to drop) 📆 PS: Splits Lab is full for January, but there are a few spots left for February.
