One Arm Barbell Curl - this exercise not only works the biceps, it targets grip strength and forearms as well, due to the bar-balancing requirement of the exercise. And yes, my form is not perfect :) Because of the balancing required, I do get some form breaks. I'm not heaving the bar up, but my elbows are coming up towards the top because I'm trying to keep the bar from rotating around. This part of the exercise really hits the forearms nicely.
