Here’s the process 👇. Find my desired length. Cut 45’s on the end of 8 pieces of material a bit longer than that length. . Set one on the plywood, position so the rip will give me my desired length, and screw a couple blocks to saddle the rear side of the piece. Run them through, one color face up, one color face down. The angle that’s created by that rip adjacent from the 45 is the same angle you will use to create the inner pieces. (Nw Sw Ne Nw). Cut that angle on some other pieces, place tha
