分享給大家這款幹淨衛生營養還好吃的自製壽司卷，做法簡單易學！ #自製壽司卷 【自製壽司卷】 食材： 米飯、糯米 黃瓜、胡蘿蔔、雞蛋絲、香腸、調味蘿蔔 壽司醋 海苔 肉松、沙拉醬 脆花酥 做法： 1. 先來煮米飯，一碗大米加入半碗糯米，清洗幹淨之後放入到電飯煲裏，按煮飯鍵就可以了。配料准備了黃瓜、胡蘿蔔、雞蛋絲、香腸還有套餐裏的調味蘿蔔。米飯蒸熟後加入少許搭配好的壽司醋，給它翻拌均勻。 2. 准備一張海苔，光面朝下，粗糙面朝上，再放上米飯，均勻的鋪到海苔上，再按壓緊實，再依次放上黃瓜、胡蘿蔔這些配菜，再放上多一點的肉松和沙拉醬。 3. 壽司主要就是肉松和沙拉醬調味的，所以可以多放一點，再從一頭慢慢的給它卷起來，一只手推，一只手拉著卷簾，再按壓緊實，一個正確的壽司就做好了。 4. 再做一個反卷壽司，米飯鋪好之後給它翻轉過來，同樣的也是依次放入喜歡吃的配菜和擠上沙拉醬，同樣的給它卷緊實，這樣切的時候食材就不容易散開。一個反轉的壽司就卷好了。 5. 上面再擠上一層沙拉醬，用刷子給它塗抹均勻，再放上一點肉松或者是脆花酥，給它按壓緊實，這樣兩款壽司就做好了，自己做的幹淨衛生營養還好吃。 | 108
