If you work with translucent I would suggest playing around with flattening and spreading slices more than you normally would. I feel like there are so many more possibilities with layering canes if you can manage to make them thin enough. | Polymer Clay Workshop

Here is the sparkle cane! I made it with a Premo brand white translucent background and then I made one with a grey background. If your slab is the same color, the images blend right in! This looks basic, but it is important to start with a right triangle. Remember the strips go on the long side and one short side.
