This simple drill is something I did a whole lot in my first years to work on lateral crossovers using the long straight paths of city streets and the good grip of the asphalt. Repeating this motion over and over again helped me figure out how much pressure I could put down and how far I could reach out to get a good powerful stride that would carry me well. 💪 Mind you, it can also totally be used indoors and makes for a good warm up segment!
