Growing up in a home where both of my parents had insecure attachment patterns, conflict was triggering for everyone. My dad responded to conflict with avoidance and alcohol abuse, and my mom's C-PTSD got triggered and she either exploded or imploded. Which left my nervous system loaded with fear of conflict. It took me years of processing my early experiences, studying attachment research, and then healing in my own relationships to learn that all healthy relationships have conflict. And that h
