Free-motion embroidery is easy on any sewing machine. Draw or trace a design onto your fabric, drop (or cover) your feed teeth, and move your fabric where you want it to go--it's just like drawing with thread! We are using a Free-Motion Spring Foot and a straight stitch with variegated cotton thread, but you can experiment with other stitches and threads to get the effect you like best.
