If you want to build solid bowling foundations, this simple drill is gold. String on the floor. Poles to keep alignment. Targets set at 4–6m (target is top of off, batter’s knee roll). A gate of stumps to aim through. I t’s not about running on the string — it’s about moving along the string, staying upright, and keeping alignment.
