Absolutely love this method of self massage that I learned at the @weckmethod seminar in 2019 with @thedavidweck @erodingweakness The idea is really simple, it’s basically just a metal hoop attached to a couple rubber bands. this method allows for an infinite amount of variation and exploration. What I especially love is that it allows you to lean your weight into the pressure points, but unlike a wall it has a bit of give because of the rubber bands. if you’re able to set this up, give it a try
