This is how priming bulbs work.- small engines
Quick explanation on how priming bulbs work. Commonly found on lawn mowers, chain saws, and equipment with small engine. Vacuum sucks gas from the tank, through the carb, and out the over flow. Once the fuel hits the bulb it turns from a vacuum to a neutral/pressurized state. This state forces the gas from the bulb and back into the tank.
