Bank Robbery A bank robbery simulation scenario at First Consolidated Bank (FCB) along Barangay Bagacay, Dumaguete City was conducted by the PNP provincial headquarters and Dumaguete City PNP. The simulation exercises is to keep the bank abreast of any untoward events especially on bank robbery.
