2 Pitch Design Principles 1- More contact points on the baseball will result in slower spin. Useful for changeups and splitters, detrimental for most fastballs and breaking balls. 2- More supination most often means higher spin rate, so hold supination as long as possible (with good wrist integrity) on breaking balls.
