Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company employs around 3,200 line women all over the state. These female workers put in consistent effort to maintain the state's electricity supply. Although the internet community applauded the participation of women in the industry, they expressed concern about the inadequate safety harnesses and other equipment.
