We've wrapped up our first 'Star of the Week' book! In this project, students reflect on what makes me special, using my classroom poster as inspiration. At this early stage in the year, they start by writing the first letter of the star's name and tracing their own at the bottom. As the year progresses, they'll advance to writing full names.
