Try this at home Step Workout! All you need is a step platform a pair of dumbbells! Workout Protocol: 1. Single Leg Step Up Overhead Press 2. Single Leg Squat on Platform 3. 2 Hinged Rows 2 Hops Onto Platform 4. 1 Dumbbell Squat (butt all the way to the platform) 5. Chest Fly with Leg Raisers 6. Tricep Dips 7.
