Customer brought in a Sprinter with only 12k miles, complaining it was lacking power and running rough.On inspection, we found pieces of the air filter sucked into the throttle body. The root cause? A poorly designed cowl drain. When it plugs, water spills onto the filter housing, saturating the filter.
