WEAPONS AND TACTICS INSTRUCTOR Many air and ground assets with the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing participated in the Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course 2-16 aboard MCAS Yuma, Ariz., during the months of March and April 2016.
