Royal Navy bomb disposal experts have now arrived at the scene after a suspected unexploded bomb was discovered in Plymouth. A 100 metre cordon and road closures are now in place around the building site where the ordnance was discovered. Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) experts from 33 (EOD) Engineer Regiment, based in Wimbish, Essex, have spent the last two weeks searching for, safely collecting and disposing of unexploded ordnance on the ranges and training areas of Kirkcudbright.
