I received an invite to do a video assessment. Has anyone had to do a one prior to getting an actual interview? A few questions pondering my mind here. Why do you think some companies request this? What was your experience? What happens after the assessment? Is the company trying to see if you look the part? Are they judging you on based on your physical appearance?
