Flan 🍮 I wasn’t sure how this was going to turn out… but definitely not a flop Ingredients Caramel: 100g sugar 2 tbsp water Flan: 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 can condensed milk (395g) 1 can evaporated milk (385ml) or full cream milk Blend everything until smooth, pour over the caramel, and bake for 1 hour at 170°C.
